I'm still awaiting the final setup of the hardware for our new server. This host that I'd been so happy with for the last year has proven to not be very responsive to customer service. Aaargh!

To echo the others, thanks for letting us know what's happening. I was on a forum that just closed one day, and it took me ages, and a very roundabout way, to find out that the admin was sick of maintaining it so just closed it.
Hope it all gets back up Ok and soon/
